My first Executive Producer credit brings a relatable story about two girls who have an existential crisis. After the death of a mutual- and mutually disliked- male acquaintance, the girls explore his apartment and find that the wee hours of the morning are the only time to talk about the real shit. Currently in the heart of Post, the short is coming together nicely! But not without a healthy bit of drama, of course..

I wrote a series of monologues that explores our collective and desperate need to feel better; to feel like we matter.
In the way that our bodies develop and remember antibodies- i.e. learn a lesson and apply it to subsequent germ encounters- we endeavor to learn from each emotional collision with other people. We ricochet through life, hoping to hurt and get hurt a little less each time in our search for fulfillment and love. Sometimes we are better at it than others.
This play is a blunt, brutal, and celebratory foray into how we handle interacting with other humans. Our customs, our coping mechanisms, our various forms of relationships. This play is- dare I say- a millennial Vagina Monologues, updated to current social norms and more inclusive of all LGBT identities (without being up it's own ass, I promise). Let's discuss how everyone sucks so we are all great.
